Roadrunner Transportation Systems Announces Acquisition of Integrated Services

Roadrunner Transportation Systems, Inc. (NYSE: RRTS), announced today that it has acquired Integrated Services, ISI Logistics and ISI Logistics South (collectively, “Integrated Services” or “ISI”). ISI is a regional logistics provider focused on the warehousing and transportation needs of its customers, primarily the automotive industry, and is based in Kokomo, Indiana. The total purchase price was $13 million, and was financed with borrowings under Roadrunner’s credit facility.

In 2013, Integrated Services generated revenues of approximately $21 million. Integrated Services is expected to be accretive to Roadrunner’s earnings in 2014.
