Phoenix House Leadership Academy Receives $150,000 Grant from American Express Foundation

Phoenix House Foundation is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a $150,000 grant from the American Express Foundation to support the Phoenix House Leadership Academy.

The American Express Foundation’s gift will support leadership training and professional development for Phoenix House’s emerging leaders. The Phoenix House Leadership Academy will give employees who have demonstrated exemplary potential the opportunity to develop their leadership capabilities, management skills, and confidence. Training seminars, experiential exercises, and individual coaching will benefit talented Phoenix House employees as they prepare for a role in senior management, ultimately advancing their professional contribution, enhancing their careers, and helping Phoenix House to become an employer of choice.
