Amphenol Announces Two-for-One Stock Split

Amphenol Corporation (NYSE:APH) announced today that its Board of Directors approved a two-for-one stock split to be paid in the form of a stock dividend. Each Amphenol shareholder of record at the close of business on October 2, 2014 will receive one additional share for every share held on the record date. Amphenol expects the additional shares will be distributed on or about October 9, 2014.
