Alchemist is a mineral exploration issuer engaged in the exploration of the Tchentlo Lake Property. The company recently signed an option agreement with Far Resources (CSE: FAT) to acquire up to an 80% undivided interest in the Tchentlo Lake property, located in north-central British Columbia, approximately 100 kilometers northwest of Fort St. James. Far Resources holds 100% of the property, which consists of six mineral tenures in two separate claim blocks, referred to as the North Block and the South Block, totalling 2,508 hectares.

The company's major objective for the next twelve months is to carry out its stage 1 proposed exploration program on the property, consisting of a geochemical survey anticipated to cost approximately $25,000. If the stage 1 program is successful, the company anticipates carrying out a stage 2 geochemical survey which is anticipated to cost approximately $75,000.
The company intends to seek out other business opportunities that increase shareholder value and raise the capital in order to pursue such ventures.
The company completed a non-brokered private placement, raising gross proceeds of $302,000 by issuing 5.5 million units at $0.055 per unit.
