Samsung Elec says will fight Nvidia lawsuit

SEOUL, Sept 5 (Reuters) - Samsung Electronics Co Ltd said on Friday that it will take "all measures necessary" against Nvidia Corp after the U.S. chipmaker sued the South Korean firm for patent infringement.
