SAN FRANCISCO, Sept 18 (Reuters) - Oracle Corp's longstanding Chief Executive Larry Ellison stepped down on Thursday, to be replaced by co-CEOs Safra Catz and Mark Hurd, as the business software company looks to modernize and fend off fast-moving cloud-based rivals.
