Aimco Announces Quarterly Common Dividend

Apartment Investment and Management Company ("Aimco") (NYSE: AIV) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.26 per share of Class A Common Stock for the quarter ended September 30, 2014. The third quarter 2014 dividend is payable on November 28, 2014, to stockholders of record on November 14, 2014.
