Qvidian, the innovator in sales execution solutions, today announced that they, in partnership with the Sales Management Association (SMA), are conducting a research initiative identifying the top trends and best practices in new sales team onboarding and ramp up. A recent Qvidian study revealed that two thirds of organizations were in growth mode and expecting ongoing hiring and expansion in their sales teams throughout the year.
This research will focus on what successful onboarding processes are used in B2B organizations, along with the challenges and obstacles that inhibit time to revenue. As organizations continue to grow and expand, identifying the necessary best practice processes and technologies that enable sales leaders to dramatically improve new sales ramp up becomes paramount.
Results of this research will be published in the coming months, and there will be a webcast highlighting the results on Tuesday, December 9th, 2014.
