JCDecaux "cautiously optimistic" for outdoor ad sales next year

BARCELONA, Nov 19 (Reuters) - Outdoor advertising specialist JCDecaux said on Wednesday it was still hopeful about its sales prospects for next year, despite continued issues in Russia, its second-largest billboard market.
