European Factors to Watch-Indexes seen edging higher at the open

LONDON, Nov 26 (Reuters) - Financial spreadbetters expected Britain's FTSE 100 to open 15 to 16 points higher, or up as much as 0.2 percent, Germany's DAX to open 28 to 31 points higher, or up as much as 0.3 percent, and France's CAC 40 to open 12 points higher, or up 0.3 percent.
