Linden Optometry, a P.C., was voted "Best Eyewear in Pasadena" for the 20th year in a row. Doctors and Staff enjoyed a celebratory BBQ luncheon, followed by a custom cake which contained a replica of the award.
PRLog - Jan. 20, 2015 - PASADENA, Calif. -- The doctors and staff of Linden Optometry, AP.C. are proud to announce that they have been voted "Best Eyewear in Pasadena 2014" by the readers of the popular Pasadena Weekly Newspaper. This marks the 20th year in a row of diligent teamwork and working together to achieve the award.
A celebratory BBQ luncheon was held on Wednesday on the Linden Optometry patio, to thank the staff for rising to the top once again. Over seventy-five people attended the luncheon, and enjoyed a meal that included everyone's favorite: home-cooked gourmet burgers. Dr. Alan Limfat, O.D. thanked the staff for their contributions which ultimately made this award possible.
"Winning the 'Best of Pasadena Award' even one time is an accomplishment, but to be voted 'Best of Pasadena' twenty years in a row is incredible!" exclaimed Dr. Limfat while enjoying his burger.
Attendees included doctors, receptionists, opticians and lab technicians, optometric pre-testers, insurance and accounting personnel, facilities staff, and many others.
The commemoration continued later in the day, as the doctors and staff were treated to a magnificent "Best of 2014" cake which was custom-made for such a special occasion. The cake featured a digitally printed reproduction of the award, with sparkling candles featuring the number "20", in recognition of the 20th consecutive year of receiving the award. The cake was covered in white frosting, filled with a delicious cookies-and-cream filling, and framed in beautiful red roses.
