UPDATE 1-Apparel retailer Cache files for bankruptcy

Feb 4 (Reuters) - Cache Inc has become the fifth U.S. apparel retailer to file for bankruptcy in three months as the sector struggles with growing competition and lower spending by teen shoppers.
