Demo Site Has been Released and Now Needs Funding To Finish Development

Windham, ME – Feb 23, 2015 – Live Pub Hub has released their demo site. This is an online platform that allows users to find bars and restaurants within their area. The site will have live videos of the restaurant and details on specials, reviews, and events. Creator, David McKeage, has launched a Kickstarter campaign to complete development of the site and marketing expenses to bring more awareness to the community. The goal is to raise $25,000 by March 19th, 2015.

David and his friends were driving around Windham, ME trying to find a bar to relax and grab a few drinks. They stopped by multiple bars. Some were a hit or a miss, which put a damper on their Friday night bar crawl. Many can relate to this and understand the frustration of walking into an empty pub. That is why David tapped into his entrepreneurial skills and developed a solution to this problem. He created the Live Pub Hub, a central online site where users can go to get information on restaurants and bars near them to help make weekend nights an epic one.

Users can find information on local specials and upcoming events. 10-seconds of live footage will be available on the site, so people can determine if this is the kind of bar they want to stop by. Customers can leave reviews to let others in the community know about their experience. The site will have a bar page, which will list amenities, average crowd, music type and genre, cuisine, and contact information. Directions are provided to make it easy for customers to visit. Customers can also opt for email notifications to get updates of current events within their area.

Not only will this make searching for bars and restaurants easier, but also help restaurant owners bring in more business. The site is free to use, and inexpensive for businesses to take advantage of. By utilizing this central hub and the internet, businesses can reach target audiences much cheaper and more effectively promote their location. There are plans to establish a community where bar lovers can interact with one another and the owners.

The goal is to finish development of the site and begin marketing through advertising on TV and radio commercials. Once there are over 100 bars in Maine, then they can go live and make it available around the nation. Funds will cover marketing expense and complete the site.
