Banc of California, Inc. Announces Quarterly Senior Debt Interest Payment

Banc of California, Inc. (NYSE: BANC) today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a quarterly cash interest payment for the quarter ended March 31, 2015 in the amount of $0.46875 per note on its outstanding senior notes (NYSE: BOCA). The interest payment will be payable on April 15, 2015 to note holders of record as of April 1, 2015. This interest payment results in an annualized yield of 7.50%.
