Time Warner Cable Business Class Enhances PerkZone® with New Member Offers Feature

Time Warner Cable Business Class (TWCBC) today announced a new feature for its customer loyalty program known as PerkZone®. The addition, called Member Offers, will open a new sales channel for TWCBC customers to promote their products and services to each other.

Member Offers will allow TWCBC customers to post offers for their B2B products and services within PerkZone, making them available to the existing network of fellow-TWCBC customers.

“Time Warner Cable Business Class’ PerkZone is an innovative example of how a service provider can develop portal features, such as the new Member Offers section, that can potentially benefit customers,” said Matt Davis, Program Director, SMB Telecom Services, IDC.*

Member Offers will be available for PerkZone members within the “Deals & Discounts” section, which is designed for businesses looking to save on products and services to run their company. There is no charge to use this exclusive service.

PerkZone was launched last year to help empower TWCBC customers with tools and resources to better run their businesses. The PerkZone program provides a two-part platform with discounts and offers from leading companies and an informational forum tailored for small business owners.

“With Member Offers we’re providing a venue for businesses to grow their own customer base and potentially increase their revenue stream. It’s a new sales channel for businesses to leverage, providing them direct access to our large network of customers,” said Stephanie Anderson, Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Time Warner Cable Business Services. “PerkZone has become a very popular service for our small business customers, a community where they can connect to other business owners, receive discounts, and now, offer their own services as well.”

PerkZone is a value added feature of the TWCBC My Account portal. My Account allows business customers to manage their account 24/7 from virtually anywhere, including paying their bill, setting up phone features, managing service appointments, accessing product information and customer support, and growing and improving their business through PerkZone.
