Nasdaq 100 Movers: STX, GRMN

In early trading on Monday, shares of Garmin (GRMN) topped the list of the day's best performing components of the Nasdaq 100 index, trading up 4.1%. Year to date, Garmin has lost about 12.9% of its value.
