Michelle Sinclair has been appointed the Director of Operations at MC Companies and is bringing 20+ years of extensive experience in the multi-family housing industry. Sinclair discovered the property management world when she rented her first apartment home and a leasing agent suggested looking into becoming one herself. Sinclair did and began her career as a community manager at Prometheus Real Estate. After spending seven years there, she transitioned to a community manager with Mark Taylor Residential. In 2003 Sinclair joined Trillium Residential as the Director of Employee Development. Her keen understanding of property operations, ability to bring a team together, site-level experience and tremendous drive helped Sinclair rise through the company and became the President of Trillium in 2011.
When discussing her career path, Sinclair believes that her chosen industry has given her the tools and knowledge that have allowed her to thrive. “Property Management has offered me so many opportunities to grow both personally and professionally over the last 26 years,” Sinclair explains. “I am motivated and passionate about helping others and this industry allows me to do that.”
MC Companies is thrilled to be bringing Sinclair aboard to add her unique voice to company conversations. Sinclair is also looking forward to making a positive impact and using her expertise to better MC as a whole: “Not only do I hope to create ways to generate revenue opportunities for the company, I look forward to having a positive impact on the team members.
