REI BarCamp is the brainchild of Beau Eckstein. He has over sixteen years of experience in real estate investing, covering sales, mortgage lending, construction financing, and private money loans. Beau is an active investor and likes to partner with architects and builders. Beau works with buy and hold investors as well as fix and flips/rehabbers.
He is a Managing Partner at SFR Ventures, which is the origination arm of a private money fund specializing in construction. This fund specializes in investor loans for construction, bridge, and rehab loans.
