Revenue and Net Profit Increased by 12% and 15% Respectively

HONG KONG, Aug 30, 2015 - (ACN Newswire) - The largest mobile telecommunications chain store in China- Beijing Digital Telecom Co., Ltd. ("Dixintong" or the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group", stock code: 6188) today announced its audited interim results for the year ended 30 June 2015.

Financial HighlightsFor the year ended June 30, 2015: - Revenue of the Group was RMB7,564,308.80 thousand, representing an increase by 12.76% from last year.- Net profit attributable to the equity holders of the Company was RMB153,046.33 thousand, representing an increase by 15.76% from last year.- Basic earnings of each share was RMB0.23 per share, representing an increase by RMB0.03 per share from last year.- On August 27, 2015, the Board passed a resolution in relation to the proposed establishment of a joint venture by the Company and Shenzhen Zhanxiang Investment Company Limited for the development of African market.

For the year ended June 30, 2015, Operating revenue the Group for the half year of 2015 amounted to RMB7,564,308.80 thousand, representing an increase of 12.76% from the same period last year. Net profit attributable to the equity holders of the Company for the half year of 2015 amounted to RMB153,046.33 thousand, representing an increase of 15.76%. Gross profit decreased by 1.25% YoY to RMB928,337 thousand. The Group sold 6,875,201.45 thousand mobile handsets, representing an increase by 15.20% compared with the same period last year.

Operating revenue growth in 2015 was mainly driven by by the increase of sales of mobile telecommunication devices and accessories. Sales of mobile telecommunications devices and accessories included sales in retail business including independently operated outlets and online channels; sales in franchised business; and sales in our wholesale business.

The Company dedicated to connect with excellent enterprises. Dixintong proposed to establish a joint venture with Shenzhen Zhanxiang Investment Company Limited in Beijing. The registered capital of the joint venture is RMB100 million and is 50% owned by each joint venture partner, respectively. After the establishment, the joint venture will first expand into Nigeria to further develop new business and market in Africa.

Looking ahead, to increase sales and market share by capitalizing on opportunities presented by the rapid growth of 4G users, the Company will develop retail outlets and distribution network steadily by creating additional operating nodes in third-tier cities and below, and further enhance cooperation with the three major mobile carriers by increasing our sales efforts to raise contract sales in absolute number and percentage, reducing management cost by streamlining organizational structure.
