CACI Awarded $38.5 Million Task Order to Continue Supporting Theater Medical Information Program for Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic

CACI International Inc (NYSE MKT: CACI) announced today that it has been awarded a $38.5 million task order to continue providing defense health readiness engineering support for the Theater Medical Information Program (TMIP) for the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic. This three-year task order was awarded under the U.S. Navy’s multiple-award $899 million Business and Force Support Pillar contract, which CACI won in 2013. It represents continuing work in CACI’s Business Systems and Health market areas.

TMIP is a set of Department of Defense medical information systems that automate and integrate clinical care documentation, supplies and equipment tracking, and patient movement visibility across the Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps. This program is part of the Military Health System’s mission to maintain defense health readiness with medical services and support during military operations.

CACI will continue providing engineering, development, testing, training and implementation, and help desk support. Because this award supports the Air Force, Marine Corps and Navy, this contract represents an expansion of CACI’s previous work.

CACI Chief Operating Officer and President of U.S. Operations John Mengucci said, “Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic has always been one of our most valued customers. CACI is pleased to continue supporting them as we provide systems engineering services that will contribute to the success of Space and Naval Warfare Center’s critically important Theater Medical Information Program.”

Ken Asbury, CACI’s President and Chief Executive Officer said, “This continuing work with Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic is one of many contracts that demonstrate the success of CACI’s focus on the government’s high-priority missions. We are proud to leverage our proven expertise in business and healthcare systems to sustain and enhance the defense health readiness of our nation’s Armed Forces.”

CACI provides information solutions and services in support of national security missions and government transformation for Intelligence, Defense, and Federal Civilian customers.
