NYSE to Phase Out GTC and Stop Trading Orders

In a statement the NYSE said: “Subject to effectiveness of a rule filing with the SEC, NYSE and NYSE MKT will no longer accept new Stop Orders and Good Till Cancelled (“GTC”) Orders beginning February 26, 2016.
