Oracle Corporation (ORCL) , with a current market cap of $149.66B, began trading this morning at $35.86. During the trading session, ORCL traded between $35.49 to $36.12 and has traded between $35.14 and $45.33 over the past year. ORCL shares are currently priced at 14.05x this year’s forecasted earnings, which makes them relatively expensive compared to the industry’s 12.55x earnings multiple. And for income investors, the company pays shareholders $0.60 per share annually in dividends, yielding 1.64%. According to a consensus of 32 analysts, the earnings estimate of $0.62 per share would be $0.06 worse than the year-ago quarter and a $0.04 sequential decrease.
