Wal-Mart Stores Inc. (WMT) , valued at $201.91B, started trading this morning at $62.00. WMT shares are currently priced at 13.58x this year’s forecasted earnings, which makes them relatively expensive compared to the industry’s 10.49x earnings multiple for the same period.
