EU clears Liberty buy of KPN's Belgian unit

BRUSSELS, Feb 4 (Reuters) - The European Commission on Friday cleared the acquisition of the Belgian mobile unit of Dutch telecoms group KPN by U.S. cable investor Liberty Global subject to conditions.
