Dow Rises 200: Is the Bull Back?

It looks like oil is trumping housing. The Dow Industrials surged more than 200 points Wednesday afternoon amid a rally in oil prices and earnings beats from the likes of Priceline Group ( PCLN ) and Fossil ( FOSL ).
