(OTC Pink: MAAFF) ("MagIndustries" or the "Company") reports that Richey Morrow, James Fairbairn, John Gingerich and Chris Hopkins have resigned as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Directors, respectively of MagIndustries, as well as all officer and director positions held by each with the Company's subsidiaries and affiliated entities.

The remaining board members of the Company have commenced a search for a new Chief Financial Officer and another director.
