S&P places Ackman’s Pershing Square on review as Valeant melts down

Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services on Thursday places Pershing Square Holdings Ltd.’s ‘BBB’ rating on a review for a possible downgrade after Bill Ackman’s hedge fund posted sharp losses as Valeant Pharmaceutical International Inc.’s stock continued to tumble.
