Fresenius says no deal imminent for hospitals, drugs units

FRANKFURT, May 3 (Reuters) - Fresenius on Tuesday told analysts not to expect any immediate takeovers to strengthen its Helios hospitals business, for which it has been seeking deal targets outside of Germany.
