Court rejects Visa, MasterCard settlement with retailers

The swipe-fee settlement Visa and MasterCard reached with retailers, originally valued at $7.25 billion, was rejected by a U.S. Court of Appeals, which said the agreement wasn’t reasonable or adequate.
