In trading on Monday, the SPDR S&P Metals and Mining ETF (XME) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 2.3% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Cliffs Natural Resources (CLF), up about 12.1% and shares of Freeport McMoran (FCX), up about 5.5% on the day.
