BlackRock's Fink: Britain still faces recession, despite BOE's surprise rate move

Larry Fink, chairman and CEO of BlackRock, the world's largest asset manager, told CNBC Thursday he still believes Britain faces a "short-term" recession because of the Brexit vote, despite the Bank of England's decision to keep interest rates unchanged.
