Russia's MTS cuts outlook after quitting Uzbekistan

MOSCOW, Aug 18 (Reuters) - Russia's biggest mobile phone operator MTS lowered its full-year revenue and profit guidance on Thursday citing an impact from the disposal of its operations in Uzbekistan.
