Pacer ETFs Announcement for Pacer Trendpilot European Index ETF (PTEU)

Pacer ETFs announces that the net asset value (NAV) per share of the Pacer Trendpilot European Index ETF (the Fund) effective as of September 21, 2016 will reflect the Fund’s receipt of a cash contribution related to certain prior securities transactions. The cash contribution is expected to increase the Fund’s NAV by approximately 1% to 2% relative to the prior day’s NAV (1.80% based on the Fund’s NAV on September 20, 2016). The Fund is listed on the BATS Exchange.

The Fund’s designated Deposit Securities and Fund Securities (each as defined in the Fund’s Statement of Additional Information dated August 31, 2016) for creation and redemption orders, respectively, will include the amount of the cash contribution for orders placed on September 21, 2016. Further, the cash contribution will be reflected in the “Current Holdings” report for the Fund made available at http://www.paceretfs.com/products/pteu prior to the commencement of trading of the Fund’s shares on September 21, 2016.
