Testy Tuesday – Waiting for those Shoes to Drop

Non-OPEC production is expected to fall by more than 800,000 barrels a day this year, according to the IEA, but rise by nearly 400,000 barrels a day next year due to increased output from Canada, Russia and Brazil.
