UPDATE 1-Hershey CEO Bilbrey to retire in July, stay as non-exec chairman

Oct 13 (Reuters) - Hershey Co, the chocolate maker that Oreo cookie-maker Mondelez International Inc tried to buy earlier this year, said on Friday that Chief Executive John Bilbrey would retire from his post on July 1.
