In trading on Monday, non-precious metals & non-metallic mining shares were relative leaders, up on the day by about 1.6%. Leading the group were shares of Mechel (MTL), up about 25.6% and shares of Northern Dynasty Minerals (NAK) up about 8.3% on the day.
