Amos Genish resigns from Telefónica Brasil's board

SAO PAULO, Jan 4 (Reuters) - Amos Genish resigned from the board of Telefónica Brasil SA and will be replaced by José María Del Rey Osorio, according to a securities filing on Wednesday.
