The Blackstone Group (NYSE: BX) will sell 49% of its holdings in NCR Corp. (NYSE: NCR) back to NCR. NCR also cut its full year and first quarter earnings outlook. Shares of Blackstone climbed $1.41 to close at $30.35 while NCR stock plummeted $5.18 to close at $43.29.
