SAO PAULO, Aug 3 (Reuters) - Exporters and traders operating in the Brazilian coffee market are reporting fewer-than-expected deliveries of high-quality beans, blaming bad weather, a beetle infestation and farmers sitting on stocks as the harvest wraps up.
