Coal producer Peabody says bankruptcy protects it from climate-change lawsuits

Coal producer Peabody Energy Corp. says its recent emergence from bankruptcy shields it from lawsuits brought by three coastal California communities against fossil fuel companies over rising sea levels and global warming.
