San Francisco, Oakland sue oil giants for infrastructure money

Both cities are asking that the court force Exxon Mobil Corp., Royal Dutch Shell PLC, Chevron Corp., BP PLC and ConocoPhillips to create a fund to pay for infrastructure projects.
