Venezuela's crude sales to the U.S. rose in Oct but remained low

HOUSTON, Nov 17 (Reuters) - Venezuela's crude exports to the United States recovered in October from the previous month but were still the third lowest in 2017, according to Thomson Reuters trade flows data.
