Couple who had sale of Presidio Terrace street blocked sue to get it back

The husband-and-wife investors are suing the city to have the decision reversed, saying in their lawsuit they were denied due process because the tax bills sent out to the homeowners association were sent to the bookkeeper listed as their representative, even if he had already retired.
