Extended Stay America, Inc. (NYSE: STAY, the "Company"), announced today that it will release its fourth quarter results on Tuesday, February 27, 2018, before the opening of trading on the New York Stock Exchange. A conference call will be held on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time.
During the conference call, management will review the quarter’s results and performance, discuss recent events and conduct a question-and-answer session.
Also, the Company announced that the 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareholders of the Company and ESH Hospitality, Inc. will be held on May 16, 2018.
