Jackson Sponsors The Rolling Stones Exhibit in Final U.S. Stop

Sponsored by Jackson National Life Insurance Company® (Jackson®), Exhibitionism — The Rolling Stones Exhibit, a traveling exhibition that offers comprehensive insight into the Rolling Stones, will today debut its final North American stop in Nashville, Tennessee, at the Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum.

This immersive and interactive exhibit highlights the Stones’ iconic artistic legacy with more than 500 unseen artifacts from the band's personal archives. From the Rolling Stones’ early days as struggling artists to their rise to fame, visitors will see original stage designs, dressing room and backstage paraphernalia, guitars and instruments, iconic costumes, rare audio tracks, unseen video clips, personal diaries and correspondence, original poster and album cover artwork, and unique cinematic presentations.

“As The Rolling Stones Exhibit’s grand finale, the North American tour will conclude in the one and only Music City — a place known for its rich and vibrant music history,” said Barry Stowe, chairman and chief executive officer of Prudential plc’s North American Business Unit, which includes Jackson. “The Rolling Stones are an artistic and cultural phenomenon that helped define and shape the baby boomer generation. By partnering with this exhibit, it allows us to connect on a deep emotional level with an audience that initiated one of the most powerful eras of change and disruption in music, culture and philosophy.”

The Nashville tour will open as Jackson is increasing its commitment to the community. After purchasing a 155,000-square foot office building in Franklin, Tennessee, a commercial hub near Nashville, Jackson announced it would bring 200 additional jobs to the area in 2018. This move will increase Jackson’s headcount to 700 employees, making it one of the 15 largest private employers in Williamson county.

Stowe said since establishing the Franklin office in 2010, Jackson has seen tremendous growth. With an additional 200 highly skilled jobs coming to the Middle Tennessee region, the company is proud to strengthen economic opportunities in the area and help the local business community thrive.

“As a company focused on helping baby boomers plan for the next phase of their lives, we are pleased to be able to bring this world-class exhibit and the living legacy of the Stones to Nashville, a place many of our employees and community partners call home,” Stowe said. “For a city so steeped in music culture, this iconic exhibit is an incredibly exciting addition to Nashville and its surrounding areas.”

The Rolling Stones Exhibit comes to Nashville after successful tours in New York City, Chicago and Las Vegas. Tickets for the last U.S. stop are currently available until June 30, 2018.
