U.S. ETF providers cry foul over SEC's fee experiment

NEW YORK, May 15 (Reuters) - A plan by the U.S. securities regulator to study how stock exchange pricing affects the market by creating different fee levels for different stocks and exchange-traded funds could stifle competition among ETF providers, industry executives told Reuters.
