This Google exec is helping 'Gayglers' be themselves

"My first job in San Francisco was at an advertising firm where I had to be closeted because there were no protections in those years for LGBT workers. After I landed the job with Willie Brown for Mayor in 1995, the environment was completely different," remembers Google exec Rebecca Prozan.
