Target's Shipt unit may add 800+ jobs at headquarters — but not Target's headquarters

Shipt Inc., the delivery service bought by Target Corp. last year, could significantly expand its headquarters operations in its hometown of Birmingham, Alabama, as part of a deal with the city to keep it there.
