NLRB sues KC local alleging improper union dues

The National Labor Relations Board filed a complaint on behalf of a Neosho, Mo., man who says that the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 53 illegally charged him dues and failed to disclose the reason.
