Construction executive in Albany pleads guilty to fraud, larceny charges

Former owner of Eastern Building & Restoration Inc. in Albany Michael Martin, 47, of Latham pleaded guilty to grand larceny in the second degree in Schenectady County Court Thursday and scheme to defraud in the first degree in Albany County Court Friday.
